Payments in Cash & Wireless Transfer

Users can pay for their Order/Deliveries through CASH or by Wireless transfer (GPAY, PAYTM, phonepe) directly to the Rider.
All payments are to be paid to Rider directly.
Locodo doesnt collect any payments from the users.

Pricing

We ensure a consistent experience for our customers with our Kilometer-based pricing.
Our pricing is based on 3 factors (a) Kilometers/Distance (b) Type of service Express or Regular (c) Weight of your Parcel/Package.
With No Surge pricing, users dont have to worry about paying extra during Peak hours or Late hours.

In-App Messaging

Users can Message their respective Rider through in-app messaging during the course of Order to provide directions, information to Rider for his easy accessibility or to provide him with any other details.

Users can Message our Support/Customer Service anytime through In-App messaging.
We assure you of a prompt response.

Ratings

Users can post Ratings about your delivery and Rider after the Order is complete.
It helps us to learn about the experience of Users.

Our Customer Support (Chat or by Phone) is available from 9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week even on Public Holidays.,
