FILEROSignature is the signature app for the Enterprise Information Management System FILERO.
FILEROSignature can only be used in conjunction with FILERO.

The app enables the digitization of signature processes while simultaneously archiving the signed documents in an audit-proof manner.

In advance, distributed roles can be used to differentiate between several business partners and different weightings for the value of the signatures.
After the signature process has been completed, each signatory receives the final document (pdf) signed by all participants via e-mail.

The app is extremely easy to use and self-explanatory.

The FILEROSignature app works with todays common security standards of two-factor authentication and encrypted data transmission.

FEATURES:

- Automatic call up of the app via link in an e-mail as soon as a signature process has been started.

- User-specific PIN generation for two-factor authentication

- Easy signing on the touch screen.

- Encapsulated documents that cannot be accessed outside the app.

- Signature processes for both sole signers and distributed signers with appropriate weighting.

- Audit-proof archiving of documents in the FILERO system from which the signature process was started.

- All parties involved in the signature process receive a copy of the signed document.,
