Welcome to my fitness app! Here you will assess your fitness level then be guided to choose either a beginner, intermediate or advanced program.
We also offer personalized programs tailored to meet your needs based to time commitment and fitness level.
A questionnaire is also provided to assist in selected the right program for you.

This application is using HealthKit.

- detailed warm-up, workouts, and cool-down for each day
