iPhone app Rental initial cost calculator

This application calculates the amount of money necessary at the beginning from the rent of an apartment condominium you care about.

You can also calculate how much price range you can rent apartments and condominiums from the savings back calculated.

[Calculation of initial cost]

You can calculate the initial costs of renting a room by putting the contract start day, monthly rent.
Also you can calculate the cost of car parking if you need.

Press [Calculate] it moves to the calculation result screen.
It displays the initial cost and calculation result of the rent item.

You can register one image from [start camera] button or [select photo] button.

Press [Save], you can select whether or not to save the calculation result.

Press [Send], you can send the calculation result by e-mail.
