Youll learn about how overall health includes both your mind and your body.
Then youll take on the role of Michael and navigate an interactive role-play conversation with virtual Ana to help her open up and strategize how to help her connect to a trusted adult.
Listening is important, and so is knowing that its ok to ask about suicide.
