[Intro to JEONJU IFF]

JEONJU International Film Festival! A festival of alternative and independent films, a festival that grows with the audience, a festival held in the warmth of spring!

Launched in 2000 as a non-competitive film festival with some competitive sections, the JEONJU IFF occupies a unique position in the international film festival landscape.
The JEONJU IFF introduces works that are at the forefront of alternative currents of contemporary film art and independent experimental films.
In addition, we have discovered of talents who will be the face of future cinema, as well as creative experimentation and the spirit of independence.
We hope to provide an opportunity for filmmakers from all over the world to meet and bond with each other.

[About the 23rd JEONJU IFF]

The 23rd JEONJU IFF will be held for ten days from April 28 (Thu) to May 7 (Sat), 2022, on Jeonju Film Street and other areas throughout Jeonju.
During the festival period, online film screenings will be available through ONFIFN, an online platform dedicated to Korean film festivals.

The 23rd JEONJU IFF A to Z!

Using the JEONJU IFFs official mobile app, you can access the information on 217 films from 57 countries, which will be screened at the 23rd JEONJU IFF, as well as offline screening schedules, Program Events such as Guest Visit sessions (GVs), and Additional Event schedules.
