DigiHealth: Health like never before presents a unique solution that takes a holistic approach towards making you healthy.
After a lot of research and analyzing existing solutions, we realized that most solutions only focus on one aspect of health - be it physical, dietary, mental, or emotional.
Seeing this gap and after consulting with numerous experts in these fields, we arrived at our solution, DigiHealth.

The app starts with a quick questionnaire used to determine your personal goals and restrictions which are then used to tailor the best diet recommendations and exercise routines that complement each other to maximize your health improvement.
In DigiFit, our fitness tracker, the app automatically syncs data with your devices Health app and you can compete in weekly community challenges.
DigiDiet, your diet planner, provides meal plans and statistics on your body metrics.
To tie in mental health, the app includes anonymous community channels to discuss issues and encourage others.
The platform also creates an environment for healthy competition where users can motivate and challenge others using the leaderboard.

DigiHealth uses HealthKit data (calories and steps) to determine whether you completed the DigiFit challenge by the specified deadline.,
