To get the most out of BevWatch, follow the four recommendations below:

1.
Users must wear the Apple Watch on the hand they drink from, OR drink from the hand they wear their watch on

2.
Set handedness on the watch or iPhone app to reflect the hand you are wearing the watch on, or set it to ambidextrous mode (note: setting the watch to a specific hand provides the most accurate results)

3.
Sit or stand while drinking drinking during activities like running and driving can cause inaccurate results

4.
Add a BevWatch complication to your watch face for quicker updates throughout the day and improved performance (updates sips about every 30 minutes or you can force an update in the watch app)
