You can cancel anytime by going to your iTunes subscription preferences.
If cancelled part way through your subscription - your balance will be forfeited.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
