The game is not meant to take a lot of time to play.
It involves the following steps:

Do any exercise

2.
Record it on HeroFit, or have it automatically imported from Strava

3.
Empower your Hero with your activities & earn items and rewards.

4.
Equip pets, costumes, and use items

5.
Go to battle the Dark Forces once per day.
(automated battle that happens at 2: 00 AM MST).

6.
Check back on the progress you made the next day!,
