The questions asked in the Hip Score App assess pain and functional capacity.

The calculation of the score is done in a linear manner by moving a slider.
Moving the slider to the left decreases the combined pints for the hip score.
The final result is shown at the bottom.

The score combines rating for pain, functional capacity and movement.
Calculation is done on the device.
No internet connection required.

The Hip Score App is not validated.
The Hip Score App gives only an indication how pain and functional capacity could affect the hip joint.
