If you want to keep track of a website, this is your app.
A push notification informs you when a page changes.
A percentage controls how sensitive you want the app to be when a page changes.
If YOU select 30%, you will be notified if there has been a 30% change since the last time you visited the site.
The app does not even have to be active, the monitoring still works.

The website requests are processed externally via a server.
