While you row, myRowPro shows an onscreen rowing course, plus a handy PM twin and a dual stroke-by-stroke chart that tracks your pace and heart rate.

myRowPro automatically captures every stroke while you row, and when you finish it uploads the row to your myRowPro online logbook.
There you can see splits and charts of your performance, and you can analyze your progress vs.
previous rows.
