Basically, youre this little pill.
And youre jumping through the human body.
And youre trying not to get killed by weird stuff like knives and needles and green slime stuff.
Its just like Flappy Bird.
But without birds.
And without pipes.
And vertical.

But I will be honest with you.

This game is a heavy hitter.
Like literally.
You will get smashed.
And you will want the game to destroy itself.
Because you will get frustrated.
A lot.
