iPhone app EMS Safety

The EMS Safety application allows users of the EMS SafeX Safety Management System to submit forms directly from their mobile device.
Forms can be completed off-line and sent through once a network connection is available.

Features include:

Image attachments (from gallery and camera)

Auto complete fields

Select from list of values

Easy date selection

Multiple forms on the go at once

Location tagging of forms

Signature capture
