The city of Elgins 311 mobile app allows you to stay in touch with whats happening in the Elgin community, as well as submit general questions and non-emergency service requests-- all from the convenience of your smartphone.

Connected to Elgins 311 Contact Center, the free mobile app provides direct access to city staff as they help with your most pressing questions and public service requests, such as reporting an out street light or asking when the 4th of July parade begins.
