Hazelden Publishings Morning Light / Night Light app combines two popular meditation books into one app for double the support for people in recovery from addiction.

Each day you will find two inspirational readings: one to start your day on a bright and positive note, and one to help calm and center you at the end of your day.
A total of 732 readings (2 for each day of the year) are included.
No subscriptions or in-app purchases are required.

Each reading focuses on a specific topic and ends with a simple prayer or affirmation.
Topics include: self-esteem, relationships, independence, fear, health, making mistakes, gratitude, and many others.
