The app enables you to use classic front office features such as room plan, room type plan, guest profiles and active lists on your iPad or iPhone, in addition to your stationary work stations.

Using protel Air in combination with the protel Air app is not only resourceful but also very flexible.
Spare your guests unnecessary waiting time and check them in instantly while greeting them, retrieve current statistics via iPhone during meetings, or use the iPad as a floating front desk to flexibly manage peak season.

What can you do with the protel Air for iPad?

- View, edit and create reservations

- Check availabilities with the reservation enquiry, and directly create reservations

- Work with room plan and room type plan

- Create and edit guest profiles

- Create and print reports, or email them
