The Ark Fit

The Ark Fit is a gym where people can escape judgment and experience growth.
We aim to be different than others who place too much emphasis on physical appearance and lose focus of what fitness is truly about.
Making sure people are properly educated about their workouts, movements, bodies, and overall health is important to us.
Not only will you get impactful workouts here, but you will learn a lot about your body, health, mind, and overall fitness.
We want you to love yourself AND your body!

Our workouts consist of strength training, mobility, HIIT, proper form and fitness education, injury prevention, health, and much more! We welcome people of all levels of fitness, from beginners to professional athletes.
We do not discriminate! Come train in our group classes, get personal training, or train by yourself in between classes.
