iPhone app MediRead

The MediRead app is intended for use with MediRead medical bracelets, allowing the wearers essential medical details to be viewed within a couple of seconds.
This can save precious time for medical and emergency staff and first-reponders.
The displayed information could potentially be life-saving in some situations.

The information that can be stored on the bracelet and viewed through this app includes:

- Name, age, blood type

- GP / Physician contact details

- Emergency contact numbers

- Full list of medications, dosage and frequency

- Any allergies along with symptoms

- Additional information that may be useful in emergencies - e.g.
non-obvious conditions

This app is also very useful for doctors when seeing patients, allowing them to quickly view current medications, allergies and conditions, saving consultation time and reducing errors.
