It can leave you feeling untethered, free-falling in the dark expanse of space.Its not something that we fix or get over.
Its part of our everyday lives, but it doesnt have to be the only part.

Enter Aetheria, an app designed to empower people of all ages to cope with mental illnesses through everything, from a crisis to everyday ups and downs.

Full of easy-to-access tools that are research-driven, therapy-based, and forever-free, Aetheria acts as mission control that provides 30 tools to help people with over 20 different mental illnesses.
When youre feeling lost and you need a guide, were here to help you navigate your way back down to Earth.

When you sign up, youll select your diagnosis(es), name, and pronouns.
None of the data you share with us will leave the app or be seen by a 3rd party.

After that, youll do a check in every day about your symptoms, and a health assessment every 2 weeks to get a picture of your physical and mental health.
As we get to know each other, well share statistics with you about your mental illness, overall health, and tool usage.

All tools and features of Aetheria are free - forever.
You never have to worry about losing access.
