Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a LetsLose patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app.
Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your LetsLose provider.
Communicate with LetsLose in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for LetsLose patients and you cant use the app unless youre a LetsLose patient already in their care.
Use the app on your iPhone or iPad.
LetsLose uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.,
