The focus of CineCapture is recording what happens right before the user hits record.
The majority of videos that you record will beor should bedeleted or significantly trimmed.
While youd normally leave the camera rolling and wait for the action, CineCapture allows you to capture the action after it occurs, rather than before, so why try and anticipate it?

CineCapture is best for videos that require multiple attempts, such as a trick shot in sports, or subjects that you have no control over, such as lightning or wildlife.
