Ashtothram is a form of Archana worship usually offered to the deity with a recital of 108 names of a deity.It is an extended form of Astakam.
It is derived from Sanskrit words Ashta and Uttaram.
It consists of the names of a god in its 108 forms.

Lakshmi is the Hindu Goddess of wealth, prosperity (both material and spiritual), fortune, and the embodiment of beauty.
She is wife of Vishnu.
Also known as Mahalakshmi, she is said to bring good luck and is believed to protect her devotees from all kinds of misery and money-related sorrows.
