ScanX is an attendance logging solution for health, security and services personnel.
The app complements a cloud dashboard and serves as a scanner for a wide variety of data capture applications.
For example, users can scan wall mounted tags positioned at the entrance of a building, office or along a route and with each scan, 3 metrics are captured:

WHO (users name/ID)

WHERE (location)

WHEN (timestamp)

The enterprise-grade system is designed to be simple, functional and offers a low-cost alternative to existing attendance logging solutions.
The app only works with Scanxs proprietary tags (also called devices) that are housed in an IP68 anti-vandal enclosure.

Benefits:

Scans are logged in a cloud dashboard: the users ID (WHO), location (WHERE) and timestamp (WHEN) are recorded

Admin and Staff can view all scans in live mode (either on a map or as an auto-updating table)

PDF reports can be generated showing scans based on locations, user and/or timestamp

All scans are validated to prevent duplicity and other known scan frauds,
