The CareStory app leverages QR code technologies on mobile devices to provide individualized, holistic, person-centered care for residents and just-in-time performance support for carers.
Each residents profile has a quick fact page, personalized music and life history Video uploaded by family & caregivers.
Upon scanning the secure QR outside the residents room, the resident profile page displays.
The app is dynamic, with new care preferences or care requirement changes, staff and family members update the profile and changes are highlighted and notified.,
MyAndroid is not a downloader online for CareStory. It only allows to test online CareStory with apkid apple.ca.carestory.carestory. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run CareStory online.
