It is a Health app used for checking your BMI, Water Consumed and check steps walked
BMI - Body Mass Index (Centimeter, Kilograms).
You need to enter your height in centimeter and your weight in Kilograms.
Water consumed - You need to enter the number of glasses you drank today and it will show the result in Liters, show you the message to drink more water or drink less water.
Steps walked - It counts the steps walked when you click on the button Start and when you click on the stop button the counting will stop but it will save it and next time you open it the label will show the past walked steps.
To navigate to another screen there are two buttons at the bottom of the screen you need to click on the buttons to navigate from one screen to another.
