Zout is an AI-powered app that gets you trying new restaurants, bars and cafés that you'll actually like.
We built it from the ground up to be clean and simple and fast and to do one thing: learn which places you like, then tell you which others you’ll like too.
Oh and privacy is a big deal for us.
Once we've used your location we don't keep it.
We don't collect bits of data that the app doesn't actually need in order to do its job.
So, Zout doesn't even know your name! Activate the app with just your email address, and then rate some places to let Zout do its magic.
Some background about us: In our day jobs Zout's two creators build cutting-edge AI or "machine learning" models for business clients.
We decided it was time to apply our skills to solving a simple problem: how do I get a recommendation for a new restaurant (or bar or breakfast café) that I can actually trust? Everyone’s taste differs.
Friends' recommendations often miss the mark.
Wading through mountains of reviews, pictures blurbs on the usual websites wasn't cutting it either.
So we built the Zout AI!

Updates:

- Review your current location! The "local check-in" option enables you to review a place as you're paying the bill or as you're passing nearby.
The more places you rate, the better Zout gets at recommending new places to you.
