“X Marks the Spot Free” is a fun and practical Android app that lets you save a location or a spot and return to it easily.
The simple treasure map theme is easy to understand
and use.
On a blank map when there is no spot that is stored, there is an outline of an X.
If you want to store your current spot tap the map and the X will turn a solid red.
While the X is solid, tap on the map and “X Marks the Spot Free” will give you directions from where you are now to where you clicked to save your spot.
So, remember X Marks the Spot!!!

Your saved spot will continue to be saved even if you close "X Marks The Spot Free" and re-start it at a later time.

“Clear Settings” will remove the stored spot and allow you to store a new spot.
"Help" will take you to the web site for more information.
Finally, these same features are available by clicking the phone's menu button, in addition to options for configuring the phone's GPS, and for informing your friends about "X Marks The Spot Free".

"X Marks the Spot Free" works on any Android phone with version 2.2 and above.
It's available through our web site, Android Market and Amazon App Store.
