Download this app named Velorie.

Velorie is an application that counts your calories per day, based on what you eat on that day.
Velorie have 4 features, there are add what you eat today, add new food with the calorie, Report 3 last day from today in Column Chart, and Calendar.
Velorie can log in with your facebook account or you can sign up first.
For the first login, application will ask for your weight and type of work.
Types of Work have 3 types: light work, normal work, and hard work.
You can change your weight and type of work in setting.
And for the Report's Feature you can generate Chart, which that chart show your calorie 3 days before.
Calendar's feature will show note icon if on that day you have eat or input food what you eat, and if you touch in that date, it will show all the food list what you had eat on that day.
Velorie will show alert if your calories in that that have exceed the limit.
