Download this app named Transpose it!.

TransposeIT is a free tool, you can easily:
1- Change tone to your chords;
2- Translate them from english to italian and viceversa;
3- Save chords (Original | Transposed | Title) to pick them up when you want to.
For any question you can send a mail to:
[email protected] (or press the mail button into the app)
make sure to insert into your subject "TRANSPOSE IT: " before any other text.

Updates:

-Now you can easily search any song's chords on the Database, check out the "Dbsearch" Tab!
-Text windows auto adjust their height property.
-Added italian language ( if locale is set to Italian ).
-some graphic bugs has been fixed.
