This App calculates the tempo (Tempo-Tap) you are working with and delay times for your delay plug-in.

When you want to set a delay, you sometimes dont know the tempo of the beat and you cannot set times by beat steps.
Torbeats allows you calculate the tempo (read how to use it in the App to get better accuracy) and delay times.
On the other hand, if you know the tempo, you can calculate delay times and alter them a bit to get some "swing" to the delay.
