Mission Swachh Punjab is a mass movement to achieve the goal of a clean and healthy state by improving sanitation service levels thereby making all the villages free from open defecation, sustaining good personal hygiene practices and behaviour amongst the rural population of Punjab.
The mission has now turned to be people's movement across the entire state.
It is based on Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) program which is being implemented under the aegis of Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation, Government of India's flagship programme - Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin).
This app serves as a tool in the hand of every individual to see the entire beneficiary details in any village of Punjab.
Anybody can download it on their Smartphone and can view the details of the beneficiary, incentive given & 3 step toilet construction pictures.
One can select District, Block, Gram Panchayat name and get the village levels details of the beneficiaries benefitted under this Mission.
