Simple Workout/Training Timer

Download this app named Simple Workout/Training Timer.

This is a simple timer that allows you to set repetitive workouts.

The concept is simple:

- You set the duration of each exercise
- You set the duration of the pause between repetitions of the exercise
- You set the number of repetitions in each set
- You set the length of time you rest between sets of repetitions
- You set the number of series to be performed
- You start the Timer

You sweat without bothering to look continually at the clock, aided by sound sequences that mark the time
It will be so easy to set such repeated 5 abdominal exercises lasting a minute, with a pause of 30 seconds between each one, all replicated 5 times with a rest of 2 minutes between a set and the other : )
