The mobile app uses the implementation and settings from your SevOne NMS cluster™ to enable remote users to view and manage the alerts SevOne NMS generates.
User level permissions dictate what you can do within the mobile app.
Users with the Can View Alerts permission can use the mobile app to view alert information.
Users with the Can Manage Alerts permission can use the mobile app to assign, ignore, or acknowledge alerts.

The SevOne NMS Mobile App Guide provides instructions on how to use the mobile app and the SevOne NMS User Guide describes all user workflows including how to manage users, devices, policies, thresholds, and reports.
