ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Clayton McGary has been running outdoor residential service businesses for 20 years, starting with Clayton’s Lawn Mowing in 1993 and continuing with Clayton’s Services in 2007.
At age 16, Clayton started hiring help and learned quickly that good help is hard to find.
In fact, from talking to countless other small businesses over the years, Clayton has come to the conclusion that finding quality help is the number one most difficult part of running a small business, but also the most essential.
