Prompt Time

Download this app named Prompt Time.

Prompt Time impels you to manage time by prompting you to decide what to do next after you finish a task.
When Prompt Time becomes active, it prompts you with a mild auditory cue to decide what you're doing first, then press a button indicating how long you're planning on doing it for.
When that amount of time passes, Prompt Time will prompt you again to decide what you're doing, and tell it how long for.
It's as simple as that.
This ensures you keep track of where time is going, and that if distractions happen, you're reminded to consciously notice the change in focus and decide what it was you wanted to be done.

Updates:

Fix to fault with triggering at the start of the next time block if not open at the end of the block and not opened in the intervening time.
