The Opt-Out app can record calls and store it locally on your cell phone.
You will have the option to save the recording after every call interaction on your cell phone.
In the case of receiving unsolicited calls, after 45 days of registering your information with us, you will be required to send us a recording of the conversation to assist us with the investigation of the unsolicited call.
In the case of text messages and/or emails, we will require copies of these emails and text messages.
