The mobile app is a unique feature to get data in real time on the amount of mineral produced and despatched from the mines across the country.
The app is designed by the ministry of mines to expidite the declaration of Ad veroram rates ( royality of mineral) that is presently published six months in delay.

This app captures daily data on the various grades of minerals.
It can capture data ore produced from the mine pit to ore fed into plant and the recovery done thereafter .
daily despatch of mineral within state, outside state and Export is also also captured.

The format to get the daily production and despatch data is a outcome several rounds of consultation with Government officials, lessees, academicians and other stakeholders.

The data entered daily gets integrated with the monthly return of MCDR Form F.
Only the additional fields like sale value is to be entered in the form F.

The mobile APP has a web part where the if desired by the lessee can be used instead of mobile APP.
The Lessees can update the daily production & despatch figure through the mobile apps and update sale value for submission of monthly Form F Returns.
