Download this app named My Dictionary.

This is a small tool to build your own personalized word bank.
You can add word meanings with examples day by day as you learn them.
You can review and recollect the words, meanings at your free time where ever you are.
As you get the word meanings and definition from web services (http: //services.aonaware.com/DictService/DictService.asmx) add your own definitions and examples if required and store it in local database for further reference.
I am sure this your own word bank will become large enough like world bank on some day.

Updates:

Able to search word definition in web and save in local db for further reference.
Please export the words you already entered in this app, then uninstall the previous version to go for this new version.
You can change the exported file name to "mydicInput.txt" to import into the new version.
