View Homes: Find Clayton Built® homes in your area currently available for tour and
purchase – and lets you share information about them with others.
Favorites: Save photos of your favorite Clayton Built® homes, features and decorating ideas
all in one place to make customizing your home easy.
You can also share your Favorites
with family and trusted friends to gather comments, likes and (hopefully) agreement.
Smart Tour®: Launch the app when touring a Smart Tour® enabled home at a Home
Center and it will automatically load each home’s details into your phone.
Review home
details later to help refresh your memory and narrow your choices.
Not all Home Centers
have Smart Tour® enabled homes.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
