The app allows for patients to first register by entering a phone number.
An OTP is generated and once entered the profile opens up.
They can create a brief profile and make a purchase of a certain amount of money in their wallet.
The patient user can then place a call to their respective doctors using a doctor specific code.
The call with go through to the doctor if there is sufficient balance in the account of the subscriber and if the doctor is available to take the call.
The money will be deducted per call basis which has been successfully connected to the code of the doctor specified by the user.
The wallet will reflect the balance.
If the call does not go through either due to insufficient balance, in which case the call will be directed to the callcenter , or because the doctor is unavailable, then the money is not disconnected.
