This app is useful for people that own or live in housing/apartments often need an easy way of managing it or managing rent.
This would let them be able to communicate with the residents and discuss any problems or even deal with any payments.
This could revolutionize renting spaces as you could just book a room and talk to the owner without even having to meet them in person.
Any time you have a problem or something breaks you could tell the landlord and easily have it replaced.
This app would have to have a WebDb so that information could be stored like messages and other thing so that people could get messages across from on another as well as it would have to have almost like a profile for each landlord so that you could communicate to them and then back to the resident/customer.
