You must be at least 21, have a current license to practice veterinary medicine in the jurisdiction where you seek to provide services, own an iPhone or Android phone with a data plan and have a car to transport yourself and the KwikVet supply-kits we will send to you on consignment.
 As part of our approval process, you’ll undergo a license check, plus a national and local background check.
We will need your veterinary license number, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and a picture of your current driver’s license.
