Indian Hills Swim Team (IHST) is a summer swim team whose season runs from the beginning of May through the end of July.
The team is open to swimmers from ages 5-18 that can safely swim one length of a 25 yard pool.
IHST has been actively involved in the Riverside County Swim Conference for over thirty years.
Hundreds of swimmers have benefited from the summer activity and used the training for off season conditioning for high school and other swimming associations.
Our swimmers and parents are primarily from the Jurupa area of Riverside.
Practices and home meets are held at Rubidoux High School (RHS) and we are proud of our partnership with RHS and the Jurupa Unified School District in providing safe, supervised activities for Jurupa area youth during the summer months.
