The app enables a citizen to post a construction & demolition waste complaints which is then forwarded to the operations team concerned and there after an Incharge to that Area.
The App has been built by Ramky Enviro Engineers Limited - a division of Ramky Group, a Hyderabad based organization to improve the quality of life in Hyderabad.
How does it Work?
Take a picture of the construction & demolition waste issues using your smart phone, and post it in with the following information filled:

Name of the Complainant
2.
Phone No
3.
Street / Area
4.
Landmark / Location
5.
Details about the complaint
6.
Take a Pic.
The app will capture the location while the picture us being taken.
The compliant will then be assigned to the concerned Operations Incharge / Engineer.
You are acknowledge with a compliant number to check the status about the resolution of your compliant posted.
