Download this app named HomeAlone.

This is an app that detects the user's inactivity.
If the user is idle for a certain period of time, the app sets off an alarm (which can be dismissed by the user if all is well).
If the user is unconscious or unable to get up unaided, and/or unable to dismiss the alarm, the phone sends messages to selected contacts and makes a call to the primary contact, allowing them to act immediately.
