3. Along the time scale, repeat visits to previously collected data points provides a comparison through photographic evidences.
A status may be determined by such comparisons of two time periods.
4. Besides the primary objective, use in other scientific purposes such as (a) evidences of species response (phenology, occurrences), (b) as input to habits predictions, (c) development of phonological calendar and isotherms in instrument deficit areas
