The app allows you to :
- Find out the owner of any property located in the territory of the Russian Federation,
information about which is included in the egrn rosreestra;

You can instantly obtain information about the characteristics of the property including such as:
- area of object
- category of land
- permitted use
- encumbrances, prohibitions, arrests (after registration and payment)

For information, it is sufficient to only enter the cadastral number of the property.

The query result can be provided within 10-15 minutes to several hours, which is many times faster,easier and more importantly CHEAPER than the traditional way.

The cost of information is several times smaller than if order information in the Federal registration service or through the DCP by submitting a written application.

Use the app for free, you only pay for information in relation to those objects, information about which is available in the egrn.
You do not pay for information about non-existent objects, and this differs from many other services.

The application can be interesting and useful as a professional real estate market participants and ordinary users.

вступил в действие Федеральный закон от 13.07.2015 N 218-ФЗ "О государственной регистрации недвижимости".
В этой связи Росреестр объединяет две базы данных (ГКН+ЕГРП) в единую базу данных ЕГРН.
Росреестр отключил доступ для получения сведений в режиме реального времени.
В связи с этим, пока не возможно производить запросы на получение сведений через наше приложение, как в прочем и через любое другое.
