E-Prahari is a mobile based app for common citizens to report issues, problems from their localities.
This is the first step to integrate citizens and their day-to-day problems within the civic framework to concerned agencies.
Concerned agencies shall be provided access to backend portal to view citizens' problems based on request.
At present, E-Prahari includes following categories- (a) Government, (b) Education, (c) Health, (d) Roads and Traffic, (e) Environment and Forest, and (f) Others.
Citizens can report issues found in the neighborhood in above areas along with description supported by photo or short video.
Once uploaded, user can view and share posting via several social media platforms.
The application is designed to address citizen-centric issues and not personal problems.
